- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆March 13, 2020, by Jesse BeckMe and the wife had bought a matress from the 9/25/15 everything was great and straight forward up until my $1500 matress gained a huge 3 inch gapping sink hole on my side. A ms. Kristina young gave us the # for the warrnty wich was a 10 year. Now there trying to charge me $40 for someone to come out and measure then go back and determine if it's a defect this and that we're talking 4 week turn around for me to get me my matress. I'm very displeased.
