  Do not give them your business! Will never use King Appliance again! I own a Bosch dishwasher that was giving us error codes before shutting down and still under warranty. We were having problems with the Bosch service technician assigned to us from Tucson so we decided to go local and pay out of pocket. King's Appliance is the only Bosch certified technician in Sierra Vista. The tech showed up for 15 minutes and did nothing to attempt to fix the dishwasher. Instead he called me at work and told me how to fix it myself, he also stated that if it didn't fix the problem then he would need to order a sensor. After work I did what he told me and it didn't fix the problem. Already irritated that I was having to fix my dishwasher after paying some one to do it for me, I finished diagnosing it myself. There was nothing wrong with the sensor, that he wanted to order.
